Same data in multiple channels in Meedio using grabber 3.06

Hi,
I've been using the xmltv gui grabber for years with meedio, and i love it. However, yesterday, when I ran my grab as usual, BBC1, BBC2 and ITV all display the data from BBC1. All channels' correct data is then diaplayed 2 channels down in the epg screen.
I've deleted the original file, I've re-generated the channel setup in Meedio, but the when I re-run the grabber it shows up the same.
Can this be an issue in the grabber or has meedio finally broken?
