Programs off by one hour

Whenever I import my schedule from Zap2It, my channels are off by one hour. The easiest example is that it says that the 11 o'clock news is on at 10. This is the way all of the programs are. Anyone know why or what I could do?

either change your windows timezone settings or the timezone in settings of the grabber

They are both set to -5 which is what it should be.
