only grabbing some of the channels

Hi,
I'm trying to get all this stuff figured out and seem to have had only a partial success. I was hoping you could point me in the right direction.
I have an active subscription to digiguide, the listing is complete and correct when viewed with their tools.
The webservice is switched on and configured correctly.
I have installed and correctly configured DG2XML; when run in isolation it produces a file some 12 meg in size
When I run the XMTV gui grabber, runs and is seemingly working correctly but it only grabs some of the listings and then stops; producing an XML file some 4 meg in size. It does contain all the correct information, it simply doesn't contain all the channels.
It is consistantly stopping after the same channel.
I have checked that the channels following have EPG data and they all do.
I have trimmed all extraneous channels from my digiguide view.
No errors are thrown.
I will donate if I can get this work correctly.
Any ideas?
TIA
