Error writing XML file

I'm getting this error after the download, trying to write the XML file. Been fine before.

Fatal Error: 09:07:33 - Error EAccessViolation: Access violation at address 00490BF0 in module 'xmltvrt.exe'. Read of address 00000010

Had 2.17 version before and it produced a similar error so I updated and it's still doing it. Any ideas appreciated.

can you zip up your whole xmltv directory and email it to me and i will see if i can reproduce this

I had the same error too.

I was running the program under a limited user account on XP and the program was set to save the listings file to the root of c:\ drive. Changing the program to save to 'My Documents' didn't produce any error and the xml file was saved normally.

Thanks for replies, I have full admin rights but changed XML file write location to My Documents, it worked straight off. Put the location back to where it was originally in the XMLTV prog dir.. worked again. Something corrupted I s'pose. All ok again cheers fellas.
